Sick: Dog Killed, Tagged With Grafitti

From the Detroit Free Press: The Michigan Humane Society is offering a $2,500 reward for information in the death of a black pit bull terrier found in northwest Detroit with rope tied around its neck and letters spray-painted on its body.
Humane Society cruelty investigators are looking into what caused the dog's death and are awaiting necropsy results, according to a news release. The dog was found late last week in the 19100 block of St. Marys, near 7 Mile and Greenfield.
Humane Society officials said the rope was tied tightly around the dog's neck, with no other discernible injuries. The letters "PBS" were spray-painted in white on the dog's left side, with other marks painted on the dog's back, sides and legs, the Humane Society said.  http://www.freep.com/article/20120726/NEWS01/307260260/Reward-offered-after-dog-found-dead-covered-in-graffiti?odyssey=mod|newswell|text|FRONTPAGE|s
While it would be tempting to say that Big Bird or Elmo had a part of it (the PBS tag), it obviously is a sick person who did this and hopefully, they will find the thug and prosecute them, if possible.
