We hear that one of the reasons kids and adults are fleeing Mexico and Central America is because of drugs, crime and death.
So, how is that any different than Chicago?
From the Chicago Sun Times: Two people are dead -- including a 15-year-old boy -- and at least 13 other people have been injured in shootings across Chicago since Friday night.
The boy was one of two teens shot about 10 p.m. Saturday in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side.
They were shot while they standing on a corner in the 100 block of West 109th Street at 10:06 p.m., when a vehicle pulled up, and several people got out and opened fire, police said.
The 15-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed the fatality, but would not release additional information early Sunday.
The other boy, 16, was shot in the shoulder and taken to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was listed in “stable” condition, police said.
The other fatal shooting happened Saturday afternoon in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the South Side.
A 23-year-old man was near the intersection of 111th Street and South Homewood Avenue at 4:44 p.m. when he was shot in the chest, according to police. Two groups of people were at the location when shots were heard, police said. It seems like politicians and activists are all crying about the conditions in Central America but they don't give a crap about what is going on in this country.
Cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, Detroit, Baltimore and other large cities are like a shooting gallery and these politicians, like Obama, Biden, Reid, Boehner, Ryan,Cantor and others care more about the illegals than what is going on in the U.S..
