The Best Thing The U.S. Senate Can Do

Since the GOP owns the the U.S. Senate for at least, the good news is that there will be no freakazoid liberals being put up to be a U.S. Federal judge.
We have a lot of very old goats in the Supreme Court who either will resign or die.
When that happens, the Senate will able to demand a moderate to a conservative to serve on the Supreme Court and the smaller courts, like the local Federal judges and the U.S. Court of Appeals.  Of course, Obama would not dare to send up an extreme liberal because that person will not  never be supported by the Senate...Hopefully.
Other than that, I don't think the U.S. Senate will do much of anything except caterwaul about all of policies from Obama has done wrong and passing huge budgets to fund the huge government bureaucracy.
So, as you can see, I am a conservative and I don't have faith in the U.S. House and Senate that are run by the GOP.
