Is This A Fricking Joke

Today, Michelle Obama said that her Barack was doing everything in his power to bring back the 300 or so girls who were kidapped in Nigeria and threatened to be sold as slaves.
And apparently, this is part of the Obama's solution to the problem:


Is this some kind of joke?  You honestly think that the kidnappers are going to be swayed by Michelle holding a stupid sign with some kind of Twitter message?
Are the people in the Obama administration on crack?
Again, is this some kind of joke?
