Where Is The ACLU On this Matter?

From the Minot Daily News:
Minot Police recieved a call that alcohol was being sold at 3900 South Broadway shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday. A police officer responding observed that alcohol was being sold at Walmart. The manager of the liquor store and an employee were contacted by police and the business was shut down.
Minot city ordinance prohibits the sale of alcohol on Easter Sunday. The incident remains under investigation.

You would think the ACLU would be all over this law.  Doesn't this law break the seperation of  Chuch and State?
