Cliven Bundy: Another Cause For You

From the San Fran Chronicle: It took about a half hour, but the California Highway Patrol managed to get a herd of as many as 50 goats out of the roadway near the Caldecott Tunnel on Highway 24.
"They are no longer in the roadway, I know we had two officers who got on scene, there might have been more," said Officer W. Ogilvie of CHP Operations in Oakland. The animal hazard report was logged on the westbound Highway 24 and Highway 13 connector at 5:43 p.m. and herd was removed within a half hour.   http://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/CHP-officers-forced-to-herd-goats-off-Oakland-5451377.php
Meanwhile, no militia members were present to protect the goats from grazing on public property, even though the goat herder did not pay grazing fees to the CHP for grazing on local highways.
