Top Chef Yuck Quote Of the Year

I am watching Top Chef tonight on Bravo and judge Tom Colicchio made the yuck quote of the year: "I liked the combination of pork bellies and octopus" (or something very close to that)
Umm, ok Tom. I am not a gourmet chef or eater, but I would have never put pork bellies and octopus in the same sentence or on the same menu.
