Flip Flop: Liberal Newspapers Going for Romney

The answer is: Wisconsin State Journal (Madison, WI. main newspaper), New York Daily News and Newsday.
The question is: What 3 liberal newspapers switched their endorsements today, going for Mitt Romney after going with President Obama in 2008.  http://www.620wtmj.com/blogs/charliesykes/177159991.html
There have been several other liberal newspapers who seen the error of their ways and have turned their backs on Obama.  Heck, even the extremely  liberal newspaper in Nevada and the country, the Las Vegas Sun is taking a pass this weekend on Obama.
Is this a precursor of things to come?  Maybe.  Perhaps the editors want conflict?  Possibly.
Will it make a big difference?  For the New York newspapers- doubtful.  For the Madison, Wisconsin paper, perhaps it may switch a few voters and the race in Wisconsin is very close.
But it's nice to see that some liberals are seeing that electing Obama was a mistake.  If they are big enough to admit they were wrong, maybe there is hope that voters will the the light when they enter the voting booth and vote for Romney.

  1. You might want to do some fact checking if you think that Wisconsin State Journal is liberal. Then again, neither you nor Sykes cares much about truth or reality.

  2. The WSJ is conservative if you compare it to the Cap Times. But in the real world, where you don't reside, the Wisconsin State Journal is quite liberal.

  4. The WSJ made 18 individual endorsements and they endorsed 9 Democrats. Hardly conservative. They endorsed Obama in 2008.
Ooops, I guess these facts don't get into your ideology.

  5. And how many Democrats did they make campaign donations to? And with their endorsements, how many Democrats were endorsed in the big races? And how many of those endorsements were gimmes where the Democrat was already clearly going to win?

You really should stop trying to mislead your readers. It's rather unbecoming.
