Nevada Assembly Candidate Thrown Off Ballot... Too Late

From the LVRJ:  On the eve of Election Day, a Clark County judge dealt a severe blow to the campaign of a Democratic candidate for state Assembly.
Judge Rob Bare ruled Andrew Martin, who is campaigning for Assembly District 9, doesn't meet the residency requirement to run for the seat.
Bare's ruling was in response to a challenge from Republican candidate Kelly Hurst, who hired a private detective who shot video of Martin that appeared to show the Democrat residing in a home he owns outside the district.
"It is my view that Andrew Martin may not be a candidate for the office of Assembly District 9," Bare said following about three hours of testimony. "My finding is that his candidacy is not valid, he is not eligible to run based upon his failure to meet the residency requirement."  http://www.lvrj.com/news/judge-nixes-assembly-candidate-s-campaign-on-eve-of-election-day-177410141.html
Too bad this ruling and case didn't happen, say around September?
It will be interesting to see what happens if Martin wins.
