Will he keep blaming the country's economic problems on George Bush? Will still blame trickle down economics for the country's economic disaster?
Of course he will.
He will never accept responsibility for his failures as a president or his failure as a human being.

I don't know if "he will never accept responsibility," or not. But to deny that Bush left him a helluva mess is just unrealistic. For every complaint of "blame it on Bush" from the right, I have rarely seen an acknowledgement that YES, Bush left him a crap sandwich. Has anyone on the right ever accepted responsibility for what Republican governance did to the country?
