The Calm Before The storm

Today, in the Las Vegas Valley, we saw something we haven't seen in about 160 days- rain... At least at McCarran Airport.  Apparently, they have some kind of invisible umbrella over them- it keeps the rain out and keeps the heat in.

An hour after this, the skies opened up and it poured.  We probably got 1/2 inch of rain in about 30 minutes.
