According to Fox News in Phoenix, Tont Stewart hit another driver that was out his car in New York state.
The news said the driver wad injured and there conflicting reports if Stewart hit the driver on purpose or not.
If it is determined he did it on purpose, there goes his NASCAR career.
I kind of doubt if he hit the driver on purpose, especially what he had gone through the past year with his broken leg he sustained in a crash last year.
But uf he did it on purpose, he needs to be arrestef for assualt.
We will see what happens in the next day or so.
Update: the driver involved had dird.
