Germany and Britain are out.
Canada has not been heard from.
Turkey, a NATO ally has said their air bases are off limits, so they are not in.
So, who is left?
Outer Mongolia?
Rwanda?
Lichtenstein?
Vatican City?
Monaco?
North Dakota? (Oh wait, they have nukes and B-52 bombers, so they are out)
Funny, hardly anyone is running to Obama's aid and willing to provide support.
