Horrible Dining Experience

This evening, the family went to a casino in downtown Henderson to eat at a cafe within the casino. We ate there yesterday and it was a pretty good experience. Today, it was one of our worst dining experiences since we moved to Las Vegas.
We ordered our food, which included a salad bar. As my wife Cathy was getting up to go to the salad bar, our waiter accidentally struck her in the face with his hand.
I ordered a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was soggy.
My son ordered BBQ chicken wings and had a small white hair in his food.
My BBQ chicken was old and gray, literally, though the sauce was good. I ended up throwing away most of the chicken I paid for.
The sour cream for our baked potato was expired by 2 days. We sent back the sour cream with the waiter. The waiter brought back some more sour cream and that was expired. Finally, on the third attempt, we finally got some packets of sour cream that was not expired.
The salad bar ran out of lettuce when before I went up to the salad bar the first time.
It was not a fun time going out to eat at this establishment. I hope the establishment will make the situation whole.

Update: The manger of the casino's food and beverage department called me today and we had a good talk. We were comped a meal for the family and I was impressed with her help.
