I feel not one bit of sympathy for you northeast liberals.
Pay for your own disasters and don't expect those of us who know better not to live near an ocean, to pay for little disaster.
And to those who don't have any food or water or electricity, get your State and local governments to bail you out, not those of us who are enjoying 80 degree weather with no humidity. It's not like we have natural disasters that you help pay for.
You want a liberal, hand out government, good, you pay for it. But those of us who want a smaller, more conservative government, we shouldn't have to pay for your stupidity.

Whoa, harsh dude! Did you know that roughly half our population lives near an ocean? And then there's inland states that always get harsh snow, rain, tornadoes. And of course earthquakes in California. We're one of the few parts of the country that gets very little in the way of natural disasters.
