If you are looking for a place to watch fireworks up close and personal, you get information from here:
http://www.lvrj.com/news/fireworks-parades-celebrate-fourth-of-july-161162745.html
But if you want to see the most fireworks at a distance and at a place where you can bring kids and pets with out the fireworks bothering them, here are my suggestions:
Henderson: You cannot get any better views that along Horizon Ridge Parkway, from Horizon up to Stephanie. You can get all of the Valley's fireworks plus Lake Vegas fireworks. You can see almost the entire valley and the best place to see the fireworks is between Gibson about 1/4 mile to the south. You have the best view of the Valley than anywhere else.
If you live in Summerlin, then Freedom Park, the small park immediately to the west of Bonner School is a great place to put down a blanket on the grass and watch most of the fireworks in the Valley.
From the Northeast, Las Vegas Blvd, by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway is another good view of the fireworks from the Base and the Strip.
From the East, the best place is along Hollywood Blvd, from Lake Mead down to Sahara has some great views of the Strip and other places.
I'm not sure of areas to the South of the Strip that has some good viewing, other than by the M resort.
These are the only places I know of, but if you have another view and you want to share with other people, please let us know.
So, if you do go watch the fireworks, please be careful, drive carefully, watch yourself when walking across the street.
