NASCAR Fun: Johnson Crashes, Gordon Takes Out Bowyer, NASCAR Almost Kills Drivers

What a last 25 laps or so in the NASCAR Phoenix race on Sunday.
The excitement started when on lap 234, Jimmie Johnson's right front tire went down and he crashed into the wall and had to go to the garage for repairs and he ended up 32.
Then, with a few laps remaining, Clint Bowyer and Jeff Gordon got into each other and Gordon tried to retaliate and ended up blowing a rear tire and hitting the wall, strewing debris around the track.  NASCAR didn't throw a yellow.
Then with 2 laps to go, Gordon vowed revenge and crashed out Bowyer. Joey Logano and Eric Amirola, though Amirola continued on to a 16th place finish.  Bowyer's car also caught on fire but he was able to drive it to pit road.
Then the fight started between Gordon and and Bowyer's pit crews.  Bowyer's crew went to Gordon's pit and there was alot of pushing and shoving, though Gordon apparently was shielded from the fight.  there were about 30 people involved in the pushing and shoving and then Bowyer, when he got out of his car sprinted at least 1/4 mile to the fight but by that time, he was too late and there was no one to fight.
There was a red flag thrown to clean up the mess with Kevin Harvick in the lead for the Green-White-Checker finish.  Just as the first lap was complete, Danica spun and crashed hard into the wall and came to stop on the front stretch and NASCAR did not throw the yellow flag, even there was a dead car, oil and debris on the track.
As the cars were coming down for the final straightaway, several cars crashed hard and into Patrick.  Included in the wreck were Ryan Newman, Mark Martin and Paul Menard.  Someone could have gotten seriously hurt or worse because NASCAR didn't throw the yellow flag and extend the race further.  Maybe they felt sorry for some of the front runners who were having fuel issues?
