Mug Shot Of The Day

My guess he didn't go to Harvard or Yale.
From the LVRJ:
The man involved in the officer-involved shooting Thursday night has a criminal history, Las Vegas police said Monday.
Joshua Bacharach, 30, was pulled over by Metro patrol officer Ryan McNabb, 38, for having his high-beams on near Lake Mead Boulevard and Walnut Road about 10:45 p.m. Police say their records show Bacharach was on probation for attempted theft.
Bacharach fired once at McNabb before fleeing the scene in the car. Police pursued him on Walnut Road and Carey Avenue.
Bacharach ran a stop sign and a traffic light as he continued to shoot at the officer in the patrol car. Bacharach wrecked the car on a median at the intersection of Carey Avenue and Lamb Road. An armed Bacharach left the vehicle and continued to shoot at McNabb.
McNabb exited his patrol car and fired in Bacharach’s direction, but missed. He fired again as the suspect turned into a neighborhood in the 4500 block of El Tovar Avenue. McNabb waited for backup before following Bacharach.
Witnesses saw an armed Bacharach in the neighborhood.
One witness watched him run into a backyard, and notified officers in the area.
Two officers with a police dog found Bacharach face-down in the backyard. He refused police orders to show his hands and continued to ignore officers who warned they would release the dog. The dog bit Bacharach, who was taken into custody and treated at University Medical Center for dog bites. No officers were injured. http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/las-vegas/las-vegas-police-detail-charges-thursday-officer-involved-shooting
So, I am guessing he has that stupid look because the cop's dog used him as a Milk Bone.
